I disliked this comic book intensely, and I don't particularly understand how it fits in with other books from the Alternative Press line, like Spectacles and various projects from Steve Weissman and Ed Brubaker.

HM is an iconic superhero. He's part of a mysterious "project." He lives in an alternative universe full of anachronistic people in a big city setting. He has doubts about his own existence.

Boring, boring, boring.

This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete -- or, taking a glance at the above, just dickish.
