Imagine a mini-comics version of Rubber Blanket, and you pretty much have the range of stories and artistic approaches Greg McCann attempts in Shmog #3. He looks to be an interesting talent, who might develop. The best sequence in here both graphically and narratively tells the story of the survivors of a shipwreck that veers into eerie horror. But most of the stories just aren't there yet. If there are a few rapid growth periods coming, McCann could be one to watch.
