Ben Schwartz On Heidi MacDonald's CCI Essay
posted August 7, 2009

As I mentioned on Facebook today:

I can't disagree with Heidi Macdonald's essay, but we're the ones who always said comics were worthy of mainstream acceptance. Well, Comic-Con is what that looks like. Bitch about the LA "douchebags" all you want whose movies, like DARK KNIGHT, SPIDER-MAN 2, or THE INCREDIBLES are better than the comics. Or move on. Comic-Con isn't going back in time. Once the nerds have seen Cameron Diaz, they're gone.
