John Vest On The Late George Tuska
posted November 9, 2009

I enjoyed your interesting piece on George Tuska's career. The textless Tuska panels with Tony Stark careening and ducking from the evil LMD's attacks in Iron Man 18 stayed in my mind since reading the comic 40 years ago. His artwork in the Midas/Madame Masque story (with Johnny Craig's inking giving things a sinister feel) was a good fit with Archie Goodwin's suspense script. It was a memorable adventure from Tuska and Goodwin in the latter days of Marvel's classic decade.
