Iestyp On The Nick Abadzis Interview
posted May 8, 2012
Wow. Just to say thanx for the interview, Hugo Tate was just one of the most seminal comic strips of my childhood.
Deadline was just such an amazing comic and for me, such a formative experience in my life.
I think what a lot of people (outside of me and my friends it always feels like) have forgotten about the early '90s, was the sense of joy that Thatcher had finally be kicked out. It seemed like such a synch that the Tory's would be beaten at the next elections. Shame it didn't work out. I always feel that that was what dampened the spirit of freedom, the sense that 'The People' had failed to wake up.
