Gerhard Speaks On His Settlement

I wasn't aware there was anything at issue, but the artist Gerhard speaks about his settlement upon leaving his partnership with cartoonist Dave Sim, I guess in response to other statements being made. It seems like a pretty definitive statement, and it's rare to hear from the artist, who provided modeling and background art for the bulk of the publication of Cerebus. Again, I'm lacking context on this and I'm unfamiliar with the message board in question so I can't endorse anything beyond saying "there it is," but I know there are some of you for whom a development in an iconic comics business model would be worth keeping track of.
