Amy Forsyth, 1976/77-2010

The anime and manga news clearinghouse Anime News Network
is reporting the April 5 passing in Houston of prolific translator Amy Forsyth. She was 33 years old.
A New Jersey native, Forsyth worked in both anime and manga for ADV. Among the manga titles on which she worked are
Azumanga Daioh,
Chrono Crusade,
Gunslinger Girl,
Peacemaker Kurogan and
Yotsuba&!.
ANN also reports she worked with Tokyopop and Yen Press on a smattering of titles.
She graduated from Trenton State College and also worked as a computer analyst.

Services will be held in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, on Saturday. Forsyth is survived by a staggering number of relatives, including her mother, stepfather and father.
