Two Men Arraigned In Retailer Shooting According to local media, police arrested and arraigned two men more than a week ago for the April 25 shooting of comics retailer David Pirkola, but did not publicize this fact because they were looking for a third man suspected of the crime. The two men arraigned on armed robbery and assault with intent to murder were James Muriel-Neal Thompson and Marvin Michael-Marquis Jones. The man they're still looking for is named Jevon Sawyer.
David Pirkola remains hospitalized in critical condition.
