Hi Tom, I expect you were joking about the anarchy bit, but just in case, here's a link to the wikipedia article about anarchism,

Lots of anarchists advocate collective action and they seem to have very few problems getting organized, as the article you link to makes clear. The Wobblies, Emma Goldman, Mother Jones, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Edward Abbey, etc. Anarchists.
