“Shall Be Deemed To Be Obscene”: Canada Denies Comics And Anime Imports

imageCanada's Border Services Agency has made public its latest ruling on what adult-themed comics and anime can and cannot pass into their country. Denied are a number of books from publishers like Eros Comix and Icarus. On the other hand, the article notes that various others were approved to enter the country, which has a long history of deny entrance to adult comics of all types, which tends to become a bigger piece of news when the items of question are believed to have a greater or more obvious literary value.
