Preview of Sex, Rock and Optical Illusions by Victor Moscoso
posted March 11, 2006

It's hard to believe that a new book could bill itself as Victor Moscoso's first career retrospective, but that's exactly the description that's out there for Fantagraphics' 140-plus page Sex, Rock and Optical Illusions. One of the underappreciated greats of underground comix, Moscoso's visuals speak for themselves (although Moscoso speaks for them piece by piece in a fascinating appendix), so we'll just get out of the way and let you enjoy the show.
Sex, Rock and Optical Illusions, Victor Moscoso, Fantagraphics, 144 pages, 1560976578, Spring 2006.
