My 2006 Comic-Con International Panel Schedule
posted July 16, 2006

Here's where you can find me talking on panels at the forthcoming Comic-Con International in San Diego:

FRIDAY, JULY 21

12:30-1:30 Comics Bloggers, Room 24A
This is the only panel I'll be appearing on as opposed to moderating. I think this is going to be focused on newsblogging, although I plan to talk about anything that seems worth talking about. With Soma/Brownstein and the recent acquisitions/start-ups by various publications of blogs both existing and new, there's a ton of chat fodder. Please attend and bring questions that make CR look good.

2:30-3:30 Graphic Novels: the Universal Language, Room 5AB
I'm moderating this panel with J.C. Mezieres, Yoshihiro Tatsumi, Linda Medley, John Wagner and Roger Langridge. There's a lot of cross-pollination with the various comics markets, and this panel is loaded with interesting people.

SATURDAY, JULY 22

1:30-2:30 Spotlight on Roger Langridge, Room 9
Please, please, please join me for an informal discussion with the great Roger Langridge, one of my favorite cartoonists.

3:00-4:00 Judge Dredd: Still Crazy After All These Years, Room 7B
I'm moderating this panel just to see if my brain explodes after spending the previous hour with Langridge. I believe this panel is to be made up of John Wagner and Brian Bolland, two creators I'm dying to meet and talk to. If you don't love Judge Dredd, you probably love the idea of Judge Dredd, or at least the idea that he's still being published. Join me, won't you?
