Standard western-style tough-guy story with half-human, half-animal characters. The cliches are big and bold here: tough guys, their tough, good-natured gal (not long for this world), a corrupt gang-leader and a cowardly townspeople. The drawing is stiff although it looks as if there was a lot of time put into the inking, while the writing is adequate to the material being presented. I kept expecting Sybil Danning to show up.

This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete.
