Your basic 'zine with lots of comics-related stuff in it. I like the idea of mini-comics stuffed into the pockets on the inside back and front covers -- they're strained, one-joke strips, though. I like the intentional crudities of Rob Syer better, who has an inside section called "Self-Loving Comics." Other than that, it's reviews and personal sound-off articles, so deeply saturated into its own little sub-culture it has little to say, anyway; if it did, it would have to do better than the surface observations of its writer.
This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete.
