I think I read these comics backing up some small press title somewhere (maybe a comic from Kirk's brother?). They seem more charming in the traditional mini-comic format. It's high school reminiscence stuff, with a Scott McCloud "Earth Stories" suburban and light ethic. Some convincing detail, particularly about the culture of high school drama departments; barely serviceable art, even by the standard of like minis.

This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete.
