This is somewhere between pedestrian and amiable. A collection of short stories told with reasonably adequate art; the longest tale is one in an episode of a fantasy-intrudes-on-real-life serial. Low paces his scenes nicely, providing a nice balance between art and text. But most of the stories are just plain dull.

This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete.
