There's a amiable goofiness to
Riff!, basically a '90s switched-gender version of
Prez, The art has some visual appeal, despite its clunkiness, and the writing is strained but sometimes funny to read. And that's about it.
This review was written in the late 1990s as part of a then-ongoing freelance gig; I apologize if it reads oddly or seems incomplete.
