I assume that this mini came from
this artist, whose bio indicates a wide variety of interests that include comics rather than a singular focus. This very thin mini -- thin both literally and figuratively -- is little more than a narrative exercise in showing parallel narratives that converge in a final scene. It's a cute, effective idea and it's good to see an artist thinking in terms of concepts when approaching this kind of mini-comic. Given the background in illustration, I'm a little dismayed about the artist's choices when it comes to cartoon simplification; the characters seem a little over-stylized for my taste, and in this comic the rudimentary designs limit the subtlety by which one can make connections between the two narrative paths.
