Just read your interview with Sammy Harkham about Kramer's Ergot 7. It was great to get all that info direct from him on the project. Seeing that contributor list (wow) made me even more excited about this. Added it to my wishlist on Amazon and noticed a listing for a 2nd deluxe edition of Kramer's Ergot 4:

Amazon says October 2008. Heard anything about this? I haven't and fond it curious Harkham didn't mention it (particularly with your questions about reprinting).
