50 Comics Positives In 2012: Jeff Smith Finished Major Self-Published Work Number Two



Jeff Smith's true science/science fiction/noir RASL didn't garner the same attention his fantasy Bone brought to the cartoonist, but it's hard to imagine any project that would. What's important is that someone like Smith chose to spend a period where he could likely do little more than manage his life's major work to make something new and different and challenging to him as a creator. The color version they're working on right now should be something to behold.
