Albert Uderzo On L’Affaire Asterix

I have a harder than usual time reading some of the news articles at ActuaBD.com I think because of the prose style employed, but
this latest piece contains elements of a fun romp through the recent ownership battles/questions/drama over the Asterix character and the graphic novel franchise: who's been offered what for however many shares, and what it all means in a bottom-line way. My guess is that the spur for this article is an Albert Uderzo interview in
Point a couple of days ago, where he denies that selling some of the shares is the same thing as ceding control to the character. It also hadn't quite broken through to me that this is all taking place as we approach the 50th anniversary of the first album's publication.
