Bill Yoshida, 1921-2005

Comics historian, writer and essayist Mark Evanier has posted word that longtime Archie Comic Publications letterer Bill Yoshida passed away last week. Evanier notes the span and general shape of Yoshida's career, which began in the late 1960s. The industry veteran was nominated for the Eisners' lettering awards in 1996 and 1999.
