Chris Ware Leads 1st Amendment Organization’s Character Name and Likeness Auction
I've failed miserably in providing news of the First Amendment Project's fundraiser where the winner gets a character named after them in a forthcoming work by a popular offer. That auction is ongoing, and Chris Ware's offering has thus far attracted the most interest. It's also worth following the link to read Ware's self-deprecating description and rules riders.
