Clay Bennett Wins ‘05 Fischetti Award
The Christian Science Monitor's Clay Bennettwas the winner of 2005 John Fischetti Award, given out by Columbia College in Chicago for the last 23 years. He beat out Steve Breen of the San Diego Union-Tribune and Nick Anderson of the Louisville Courier-Journal for the honor. All three recognized cartoonists submitted on the subject of American involvement in Iraq. Bennett, a past Pulitzer winner, won the Fischetti in 2001 as well.
