Go, Look: Get Your War On Returns



If there was one comic I regretted not covering in last year's long interview series on various emblematic comics of the ten-year period 2000-2009, it was David Rees' Get Your War On. My bad. A new appearance of that strip is interesting enough all by itself -- I can't think of any other comics right now that potentially suggest a subtle shift in the cultural zeitgeist just by showing up -- to pull word of its return right out of the "Bundled" publishing-news column and into its own post. "How dare this war not be cathartic anymore?"
