Longtime alt-industry veteran an now all-too-occasional writer about the arts Robert Boyd has a post up
here about the phrases "comic strip," "comic book" and "graphic novel" and the frequency of their use in both the
New York Times and more widely on the Internet. Boyd smartly qualifies his inquiries, and there's here that surprises, but it's still a nice, little read.
