Go, Read: Controversy Over Lee Judge Cartoon
Lee Judge of the Kansas City Starmade a cartoon about a recent, much-discussed shooting death and when it was posted on-line a lot of folks complained. A few things are interesting here: that the cartoon didn't seem to have made a ripple before being posted where a bunch of folks could see it is one; the idea that cartoonists should be given ample leeway to make controversial works that anger us is another.
