Go, Read: Garry Trudeau Interview

Garry Trudeau is famous for rarely giving interviews, which is a shame because he's really smart and provides interesting, succinct answers to almost anything thrown at him.
In this piece that ran in the Santa Barbara Independent, Trudeau holds forth on everything from which president hated his material the most (Bush the Elder) to the Danish Cartoons Controversy to his own unlikely career to George Bush (the Younger) as an example of "a total breakdown in the meritocracy that we imagine supplies qualified choices for president."
