Go, Read: Saul Steinberg Profile I thought this was a first-rate, classic big-paper profile of the longtime New Yorker icon on the occasion of the "Illuminations: Saul Steinberg" exhibit currently showing at the Smithsonian Art Museum. Included are a physical description of the artist as "Groucho Marx condensed," a tribute to his facility, a talk about his lack of a place in art histories, an explanation for why that is, and, most humorously, Steinberg's opinion of the pineapple.
