Kevin Siers Wins The Editorial Cartooning Pulitzer Prize
Kevin Siers of the Charlotte Observerwon this year's Pulitzer Prize in editorial cartooning. Pat Bagley and David Horsey were finalists. Siers is syndicated by King Features, and as a student was the first winner of the John Locher Award, now nearly 30 years old.
