Marshall Library Plan: 2nd Reading David Welsh notes that the public library in Marshall, Missouri has scheduled a second reading of their proposed material selections policy. The policy was brought about after a patron complained that the library carried unsuitable material in the graphic novel memoirs Fun Home (Alison Bechdel) and Blankets (Craig Thompson).
