MIT Leads Doonesbury’s College Poll MIT is outpacing Rennselaer -- which I believe made the finalist list just so reporters would be frustrated when trying to spell out -- and blasting past Cornell as the college choice of character Alex in Garry Trudeau's long-running strip. I think the real news is that over 150,000 people have voted, which gives you an idea of the kind of energy you can get going on-line after establishing a solid presence early on and growing along with the Internet.
