News on Ellison v. Fanta Imminent?

Rumblings on various message boards and via e-mail indicate there may be movement towards the Ellison Vs. Gary Groth, Kim Thompson and Fantagraphics story, which seemed to have come to a climax a little over a week ago with a voluntary, mediated outcome. This site is a bit slower than some when it comes to getting news on this story out the second it happens, so you might check message boards and other sites if you need to know about this news as quickly as possible.
