Daniel Best asks that you consider hiring or helping the artist Dave Simons out. Apparently, he's been struggling along with esophageal cancer for some time now and need to intensify his treatments in order to extend his life. While the medical portion of his expenses looks like it's mostly covered, which is a wonderful thing, he could use the extra work or cash to help make day to day expenses. I think of Simons as one of those solid craftsmen that seems to have always been around, and I think, although I'm not 100 percent sure, that he's done a lot of inking over the years for some of the better Silver Age illustrator-type comics artists out there.
