image* the critic and historian Paul Gravett writes about Dell Comics. The biggest change in terms of how we see comics of the 20th Century between when I was in college and now is the consideration given a ton of comics outside the standard 20th Century narrative. Dell provided about as big a group of such comics as any source out there.
