Random Comics News Story Round-Up

* the cartoonist Sarah Becan wrote in to say what Short Pants Press has in store for 2008: a new chapter of Bernie McGovern's Army of Lovers, second issues of Bone Closet (Robert Stevenson) and Sucker Punch (M. Jason Robards), a collection of Neil Brideau's Sock Monster comics and the debut issue of an anthology called The Shortpants Observer. That last book will feature material from four artists at a time, with the first issue's line-up being Becca Taylor, Anya Davidson, Jeremy Tinder (work pictured) and Corinne Mucha.
