Steve Benson’s Controversial Cartoon
Before the Danish Cartoon Controversy, before Ted Rall, there was Steve Benson, a mainstream, big-paper editorial cartoonist with a knack for really driving readers of his newspaper clients to their keyboards. Above is
his latest effort, about the killings at Haditha. According
to this article in
Editor & Publisher, Benson's cartoon has generated over 1300 letters to the
Arizona Republic.
