Steve Breen of the San Diego Union-Tribunehas been named the 2007 Berryman Cartoonist of the year by the National Press Foundation. He will receive the award in February at the Foundation's annual dinner. Above is one of the five cartoons Breen submitted.
Breen won the Pulitzer in 1998 while at the Asbury Park Press.
