Times-Picayune’s Steve Kelley Wins Scripps Howard Foundation Award



Veteran cartoonist Steve Kelley of the New Orleans Times-Picayune has won this years Scripps Howard Foundation Journalism Award. The other finalists were Michael Ramirez (Investor's Business Daily) and Mike Lester (Rome News-Tribune). Ramirez seems to be all over the awards this Spring.

Kelley will receive $10,000 and a trophy.
