Tom Toles Wins National Headliner Tom Toles of the Washington Post won his second award of the week with the announcement he placed first in the Editorial Cartoons category of the National Headliner awards. The 71-year-old awards are sponsored by The Press Club of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Toles beat out Steve Sack of the Minneapolis Star Tribune and Chip Bok of the Akron Beacon Journal, who placed second and third, respectively.
