Two Days Left To Register With Chance Of Becoming Prize Judge At Angouleme?

At least I think that's what's going on here: you register with one of the appropriate sites and you have a chance to becoming a judge for the audience award at the forthcoming Angouleme Festival. That's kind of cool, if true, right up there with the awards they have juried by knowledgeable youth. I'd suggest they do something like this at one of the American shows, but the dressing up in costumes thing kind of ruins that for me.
