Update on Sierre Festival’s End

ToutenBD.com is running a report that the comics festival in Sierre, Switzerland that was ended by its promoters due to a withdrawl of community financial support may have a second life. Organizer Pierre-Alain Hug is among those quoted in a story that reports parliamentary support for the festival, and offers from other towns in Europe to move it there.

According to claims made in the reporting of the original story, the two-decades old Sierre may be the second most important comics festival in Europe.
