William Warren Wins 2008 Charles M. Schulz Award For Best College Cartooning
William Warrenhas won this year's Charles M. Schulz Award, given to the best college cartoonist. He's a student at Wake Forest and a former winner of the Dick Locher Award. The finalists are also familiar names: Isaac Klunk of of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and Bill Richards of the white-hot cauldron of journalistic debate this past year, the University of Georgia.
