Your ‘09 GLAAD Media Award Nominees
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation
has announced nominees for its 20th Annual Media Awards. As has been the case for a few years now, there is a category of comics. As has been the case for just about as long, it's dominated by mainstream or near-mainstream US comic book offerings to the exclusion of a lot of work that would seem to fit the bill not backed by a giant publisher. Their list below, to which try I'll restore all the creators because I'm having that kind of day:
