Vilks's cartoon for Nerikes Allehanda wasn't one of the original Danish Cartoons -- being Swedish and all -- but his depiction of Muhammad's head on a dog body was published in the heightened awareness that came after the original Controversy, and he was quickly targeted for death via bounty by various radicals.
