Your Danish Cartoons Hangover Update

* a new poll shows that the majority of Danes are critical of the re-publication of the bomb-in-turban Muhammed caricature that has re-energized the controversy over the cartoons.

* two Danish soldiers in Afghanistan were killed in a suicide bombing attack.

* here's an update on reform effort in Canada's hate-speech laws instigated the cartoons-related case brought against the now-defunct Western Standard.

* a kind of terrorism rider attached to a new fatwa emphasizes that the issuer would still like to see killed the cartoonists and editors responsible for the Muhammed caricatures.

* this protest in Pakistan called for the extradition of a Danish citizen teaching in a nearby school.

* this story of the UAE making an official protest to the Danish ambassador feels like it's a week old, but a lot of people ran the story so I suppose it's brand new.

* I didn't think it would take this long before someone mentioned a potential lawsuit.

* This article claims the boycott really isn't taking in Bahrain. Shoppers in Dubai are apparently divided.
