Your Danish Cartoons Hangover Update

* an appeals court in Denmark
has begun a case against Mohammed Geelle, the Somali man convicted for charges surrounding his entering the home of Danish Muhammed caricaturist Kurt Westergaard with an axe and a knife. They're seeking to raise the length of sentence from nine years to 12 years, which strikes me as an odd general mission for a court, but there you go. A verdict is expected next week.
